Jack Dalrymple on Monday ordered the mandatory evacuation of protesters camped on Army Corps of Engineers land close to where the controversial $3.8 billion Dakota Access pipeline is set to cross the Missouri River near the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe's reservation, but the tribe's chairman said he and the other protesters fighting the pipeline aren't going anywhere....
