ITA Modifies Dumping Margins On South Korean Transformers

Law360, Washington (March 10, 2017, 10:50 PM EST) -- The Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has revised dumping margins for imports of South Korean large power transformers, according to a notice scheduled for publication in Monday's Federal Register.

The third administrative review of allegations the transformers are being sold in the United States at artificially low prices resulted in an upward revision for the weighted-average dumping margin assigned to all five companies, based on partial “adverse facts” on two of the companies subject to the review covering August 2014 through July 2015.
