Shippers' Antitrust Suit V. Columbia Gas Inches On

Law360 (April 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has said that a long-running antitrust case brought by a group of natural gas shippers against pipeline company Columbia Gas Transmission Corp. will continue, rejecting motions from both plaintiffs and defendants for summary judgment.
