Takata Judge Won't Exempt States From Airbag Suit Stay

Law360, Wilmington (November 13, 2017, 9:50 PM EST) -- The Delaware bankruptcy judge presiding over the Takata case ruled Monday that state and government agencies will not be exempted from a five-day extension of a litigation freeze connected to the debtor’s dangerously defective airbag inflators.
