The arbitration rule reversal is seen as another significant victory for Wall Street and a giant blow to Main Street where consumers will be run roughshod by banks and other corporations, who will never be held accountable because of forced arbitration. While the scales of justice are now tipped in favor of bankers and big business, state lawmakers, lawyers and consumer advocates in California are leading the nation in cracking down on financial fraud....
