Law360, New York (November 16, 2017, 3:20 PM EST) -- A U.S. proposal to increase transparency at the World Trade Organization by punishing members who do not file timely notifications of subsidies and other programs has received a cold reception from other delegations in Geneva, the WTO said Thursday.
