Del. High Court Affirms $2M Legal Fees To Ex-Optimis CFO

Law360, Wilmington (December 15, 2017, 8:31 PM EST) -- A three-justice panel of the Delaware Supreme Court on Friday affirmed a lower court ruling granting a $2 million judgment for attorneys’ fees in favor of the former chief financial officer of physical therapy firm OptimisCorp after a fight over control of the company.
