    Wyndham FLSA Settlement Nixed Over Fee Request

    A Florida federal judge hit the brakes Tuesday on a proposed $216,000 settlement between Wyndham Worldwide Operations Inc. and six timeshare salespeople that would have ended a Fair Labor Standards Act action alleging illegal pay practices, saying the plaintiffs' counsel didn't show an approximately $87,000 fee award was warranted.
