6th Circ. Won't Vacate Ky. County Right-To-Work Ruling
The Sixth Circuit on Wednesday declined a request by a group of unions to vacate as moot its November order allowing part of a Kentucky county’s right-to-work ordinance to stand, saying the interplay between the local law and a new statewide law passed in January is up to the state's legislature, not the courts.
