DoorDash, Boston Driver Clash On Legality Of Class Waiver

Law360, Boston (May 14, 2018, 9:51 PM EDT) -- Counsel to restaurant-delivery service DoorDash and a Boston-area driver who filed a class action lawsuit against the company for allegedly lost wages wrangled in a Boston courtroom Monday over the legality of a contract clause waiving workers’ rights to collectively sue their employer.
