Law360 (September 16, 2010, 2:44 PM EDT) -- Two former Lentek International Inc. executives have hit U.S. Liability Insurance Co. with a suit seeking directors and officers coverage for more than $1 million in settlements that resolved a trustee's claims in the pest control and home good company's bankruptcy proceedings.
