Insurer Says It Was Pulled In Too Late In Injured Worker's Suit

Law360 (May 15, 2018, 9:33 PM EDT) -- Motorists Mutual Insurance Co. asked a Pennsylvania federal court on Tuesday to end residential builder NVR Inc.'s lawsuit seeking coverage for litigation tied to a propane heater explosion that injured a construction worker, saying it should not be obligated to provide coverage for a settlement it did not negotiate.
