ITC To Review Apple's Win On Motorola Sensor Patent

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 7:15 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday said it will review an administrative law judge's decision invalidating a sensor patent that Google Inc.'s Motorola Mobility Inc. unit alleges is infringed by Apple Inc.'s iPhone.

The ITC said Tuesday that it would review ITC Administrative Law Judge Thomas B. Pender's December finding that Apple had infringed the patent, but that it was invalid as anticipated.
