Ga. High Court Backs Teen's 'Girls Gone Wild' Privacy Suit

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- The Georgia Supreme Court on Thursday found that an underage girl who wound up in a “Girls Gone Wild” video after exposing her breasts to two strangers in a Florida parking lot has pled a valid likeness appropriation and invasion of privacy case under state law.
