Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 1:18 PM EST) -- Attentive client service, not size, continues to be the critical factor for general counsel at the world's largest corporations, according to a recent survey of corporate counsel, who gave top marks to a mix of large and midsize law firms.

Roughly 300 in-house counsel were surveyed for BTI Consulting Group Inc.'s 2014 Client Service A-Team report, an annual survey of top corporate attorneys. Law firms that received the most positive responses across the board were named to the consulting firm's prestigious Client Service 30 list....
