She has extensive trial consulting experience with an expertise in complex litigation. Having been retained on hundreds of cases, her consulting experience includes using mock trials and litigation focus groups to delve into the key issues in a case. Her work closer to trial includes witness preparation of both lay and expert witnesses, developing juror questionnaires, preparing judge and attorney jury voir dire questions and providing in-court assistance in jury selection.
