Ky. Appeals Court Tosses Dental Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (June 19, 2017, 1:49 PM EDT) -- A Kentucky man can’t continue his lawsuit alleging that a dentist left a drill bit embedded in his jaw, a state appeals court ruled on Friday, as he failed to provide needed expert support for that allegation.
