Kawasaki, Union Pacific Take Train Derailment Suit To 7th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (March 27, 2012, 3:53 PM EDT) -- Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd. and Union Pacific Railroad Co. told the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday that their suit against Plano Molding Co. for breach of contract and negligence over a 2005 train derailment still contained factual disputes when an Illinois federal court granted Plano summary judgment.
