Potash Cos. Face Dim Prospects Of High Court Antitrust Review

Law360, New York (July 5, 2012, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Potash price-fixing defendants will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Seventh Circuit ruling expanding the jurisdictional reach of federal antitrust law, but attorneys warned Thursday that with the debate among the circuit courts still immature, the justices may overlook the challenge.
