Naval engineers oppose US Supreme Court review of no-poach case

( November 21, 2025, 22:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Naval engineers bringing US antitrust claims against General Dynamics, Huntington Ingalls and other shipbuilders over no-poach agreements opposed review by the US Supreme Court, arguing that the petition presents a question not in the case. They said the companies don’t challenge the lower court’s consensus affirmative-acts standard for fraudulent concealment. Instead, their real challenge is aimed at the way the court applied the context-dependent standard to the specific factual allegations in the case, but the Supreme Court rarely grants petitions where the “asserted error” is “the misapplication of a properly stated rule of law” to the facts of a case.  See attached file. ...
