DPG Media's acquisition of RTL approved with conditions by Dutch regulator

Under the conditions, DPG will be barred from selling or discontinuing national news brands without the approval of its shareholder SDM. DPG will also tighten editorial statutes of all its news brands to boost editorial independence.
