‘Greedy’ adviser Dwane fined over insider trading by UK regulator

Neil Dwane, who previously was chief investment officer at Allianz Global Investors, sold thousands of shares in the company after being told about forthcoming bad news the day before a stock exchange announcement.A “greedy” adviser for hydrogen energy company ITM Power who made thousands of pounds from wrongly selling stocks was fined £100,281 (around $134,000) for insider dealing on Thursday, and banned from the UK’s financial services industry....
