USPTO clarifies director review process with Federal Circuit overlap

Director review decisions will now be stayed pending action by the appellate court.Petitions for director review at the US Patent and Trademark Office will no longer be automatically dismissed if there is already a pending appeal before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the office announced Tuesday....
