Under Commission Resolution No. 11-2026 and Memorandum Circular No. 26-003, parties must submit official filings electronically through designated online facilities and email channels, while still providing hard copies within prescribed periods. The rules also allow videoconferencing for commission proceedings, interviews and meetings, including pre-notification consultations before the Mergers and Acquisitions Office.
