Antitrust - Mallinckrodt - KVK's legislation over alleged monopolization of FDFs (US)

Mallinckrodt has been accused in a US complaint of illegally monopolizing the market for the manufacture and sale of pain pills containing Oxycodone and the Acetaminophen USP by refusing to deal with KVK Tech in supplying Oxycodone and Acetaminophen USP active pharmaceutical ingredients without a legitimate business reason and despite doing business for several years.
