Porn that 'de-ages' adults to resemble children is illegal, top Swiss court says

( December 30, 2025, 11:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Pornographic content featuring adults digitally altered to resemble children is illegal, Switzerland’s Federal Supreme Court has said in a statement referring to an appeal judgment from Nov. 20 that upheld a lower court's conviction of a man for sending such content online. The court ruled that pornography created using digital rejuvenation technology qualifies as “non-actual child pornography," which has been explicitly banned in Switzerland under legislation from 2014.
