Petz-Cobasi deal cleared in Brazil, but rival Petlove can still appeal decision

By Henrique Santiago ( June 4, 2025, 16:58 GMT | Insight) -- The Brazilian competition authority has approved the merger of pet care companies Petz and Cobasi without restrictions, but the decision can still be appealed to the agency’s Tribunal for a fresh review.
