Acciona-East Rockingham Project review delayed, Australian regulator announces

In an entry on its website, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said it had scrapped its July 3 deadline “to allow time to consider information provided by the parties.” This follows another delay, announced on June 19, to allow the companies to provide the regulator with further information.
