Onto Innovation amends Semilab deal following US DOJ second request

The companies agreed that Semilab’s Fourier-Transform infrared spectroscopy reflectometry systems business would not be included in the transaction and would instead be retained by Semilab. The companies continue to expect the deal to be completed in 2025.
