Viridian-Metro Performance Glass review ends in New Zealand with application withdrawal

In an entry on the New Zealand Commerce Commission website, the deal is now listed as “application withdrawn,” with no further explanation provided. The transaction had been plagued by regulatory concerns over its impact on relevant markets. Crescent Capital Partners, a private-equity firm, also owns Viridian Glass GP.
