The technology ministry is seeking industry input on the trust services market to inform policy. There are no registered qualified trust service providers in the UK according to the technology ministry call, and the UK market relies on the EU for provision. Trust services confirm the authenticity and integrity of electronic documents and transactions via time stamps, electronic seals, e-signatures.
