​New confiscation order in UK investment fraud secured by FCA

( August 5, 2025, 15:53 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has said it has secured a confiscation order against Reuben Akpojaro for his role in an “all or nothing” investment fraud. In May this year, the FCA announced confiscation orders against Raheel Mirza, Cameron Vickers and Opeyemi Solaja. The FCA said that between June 2016 and January 2020, the defendants cold-called people to persuade them to invest in a shell company, then used the money to fund their lifestyles. Total confiscations in the case amount to almost 300,000 pounds ($390,000); all the defendants’ remaining assets.Statement below....
