BNP Paribas loses EU court challenge over Single Resolution Fund payment

The French bank was appealing a previous ruling by the EU’s General Court, which it also lost. The bloc’s top court dismissed BNP Paribas’s appeal against the SRB, confirming that contributions to the fund cannot be refunded once received, meaning the bank isn’t entitled to recover its guarantee money.Judgment attached (in French).
