The Delhi High Court gave Google 48 hours to take down the impugned YouTube channel "AnajanaomKashya," which has exploited the personality rights of an Indian journalist, Anjana Om Kashyap, the managing editor for special projects at T.V. Today Network. The court also mandated Google to disclose subscriber details within two weeks of the order and revenue information associated with the infringing YouTube channel within four weeks.
