Daingean patent valid, infringed by Ericsson equipment, but not Nokia's, jury says

( July 11, 2025, 14:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: In a mixed verdict, a jury empaneled in US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas cleared T-Mobile of allegations by Daingean Technologies of infringement of US Patent No. 8,576,803, in connection with base stations made by Nokia of America Corp.  Base stations by Ericsson, another T-Mobile supplier, do infringe the '803 patent but Daingean is entitled to just $2 million in damages, the jury found.See attached document....
