US trade court sustains Commerce boltless steel shelving order

CIT Chief Judge Mark Barnett rejected several challenges from US manufacturer Edsal Manufacturing, including that Commerce erred in the investigation process by selecting one Thai manufacturer over another, rejecting certain financial statements and choosing alternative invoices.Ruling attached....
