NJ Town Illegally Blocked Jewish Worship Site Plan, Feds Say

Law360 (June 13, 2018, 8:54 PM EDT) -- The federal government slapped a New Jersey town with a lawsuit Wednesday over its refusal to approve an Orthodox Jewish group's plans to build a new house of worship, in alleged violation of religious land-use law.
