Insurers Must Defend Pa. School In Tainted Water Suit

Law360, New York (June 9, 2017, 5:28 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday found that two insurance companies have a duty to defend a school district against a proposed class action over alleged water contamination, saying the at-issue pollution exclusions do not apply to the underlying claims.
