Jury Must Decide If Shell, Alon Breached Easement: Judge

Law360 (June 14, 2018, 7:28 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge refused Thursday to grant property owners a win on claims that pipelines owned by Shell Pipeline Co. and Alon USA Paramount Petroleum Corp. interfered with the landowners' use of their property and violated an easement contract, saying a jury should decide the matter.
