Whole Foods Hit With Suit For Overcharging NY Customers

Law360, Los Angeles (July 27, 2015, 2:12 PM EDT) -- Whole Foods Market Inc. has been hit with a putative class action in New York federal court alleging that it systematically overcharged consumers for prepackaged products by overstating their weight.
