Ex-Burlington Coat VP Cops To Shell Company Tax Charge

Law360, Newark (October 29, 2015, 7:50 PM EDT) -- A former Burlington Coat Factory vice president who funneled $466,290 in payments from the clothing retailer to a shell recruitment company under her control copped Thursday to evading taxes on those earnings.

Appearing before U.S. District Judge Joseph H.
