Urban Outfitters Shareholders Win Class Cert.

Law360, New York (February 29, 2016, 8:36 PM EST) -- A Philadelphia federal judge ruled Monday that a group of Urban Outfitters investors suing over a 2013 stock drop can bring their claims as a class despite the retailer's attacks on the individual investor leading the suit.
