Law360, Chicago (March 2, 2012, 2:09 PM EST) -- Union Pacific Railroad Co. called a truce Thursday in its suit targeting Shell Oil Co. for cleanup costs at a Louisiana scrap yard, settling its claims that the energy giant should have helped with remediation of lead contamination at the site.
