NFL Tells 3rd Circ. Exec's CTE Statements Aren't Relevant

Law360, New York (March 25, 2016, 7:34 PM EDT) -- The NFL told the Third Circuit on Friday that recent comments by a league executive at a congressional roundtable, seemingly acknowledging a link between football and a degenerative brain disease, should not be admitted into the appeal of players opposing a settlement with the league over head injuries because it would be improper and unnecessary.
