Brazil, India Are Sources Of Telecom Trade Woes, USTR Says

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 7:26 PM EDT) -- Acting U.S. Trade Representative Demetrios Marantis on Wednesday voiced concern about trade barriers faced by U.S. telecommunications companies in countries like Brazil, India and Indonesia, saying the USTR's office will continue to try to convince these countries to stop resorting to local content requirements to achieve manufacturing goals.
