Former KBR CEO, Atty Headed To Jail Over Bribery Claims

Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 7:05 PM EST) -- KBR Inc.'s former CEO was sentenced Thursday to 30 months in prison while a lawyer for the engineering giant was ordered to forfeit more than $148 million and given a 21-month term for their roles in a scheme to bribe Nigerian government officials for natural gas contracts.
