Nike Raises Cain Over Reebok’s Tebow Jets Apparel

Law360, Los Angeles (March 28, 2012, 2:34 PM EDT) -- Nike Inc. on Tuesday sued Reebok International Ltd. in New York federal court, accusing its rival of trampling on its right to sell Jets apparel bearing the name of quarterback Tim Tebow by producing gear even though its NFL license has expired.
