Supreme Court Seeks SG's View In Claim Construction Case

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 4:43 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday asked the solicitor general to weigh in on a case challenging the Federal Circuit's claim construction rules, which medical device maker Retractable Technologies Inc. argues have made patent litigation expensive and unpredictable.
