High Court Accepts Mach Mining-EEOC Conciliation Battle

Law360, New York (June 30, 2014, 11:26 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to tackle Mach Mining LLC and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's legal battle over whether courts can second-guess the agency's mandatory presuit efforts to conciliate bias claims, a case where both sides agreed high court review was needed.
