FTC Must Disclose Witness Identities To Sysco, US Foods

Law360, New York (March 19, 2015, 12:37 PM EDT) -- A D.C. federal judge on Thursday ruled that the Federal Trade Commission must disclose the identities behind declarations from customers and rival food distributors to employees of Sysco Corp. and US Foods Inc. in the agency’s bid to halt the companies’ $3.5 billion merger.
